WRITING DIARY.......

How did u spend your day or how was the last party or how was the last night? Last day u had a misunderstanding with your friend and ended up having a quarrel or u were scolded by the teacher without any mistake or u saw someone beautiful or u had a heartbreak but couldn’t tell anyone!!!!!!!!!!!

At times, it happens that u cannot share/talk about your feelings, thoughts and experiences; then it’s a good idea to jot them down in the form of words onto a diary. Don’t worry about spellings, languages. punctuation etc as it will disturb the spontaneity of your thought flow.

Initially, when I started diary-writing, it was just when

I felt bored or had nothing to do. But with the passage of time and time events in life; I started to fill up more and more pages of my diary. I started to jot down the remarkable, unforgettable, rememberable and inspiring events of my life making an entry of the date and sometimes the time also.

At present whenever I run my eyes thru the pages of the diary, even the few details written bring the whole event back and I smile to myself remembering the happiest moments of my life.

Now diary writing for me has become ----- “A PART OF LIFE.”……….

This is soo true. I have been keeping a journal since I was a teenager. It's always fun to look back on past events. It's funny because I would tell my friends and family what was going on, on a particular day, during a past year and they would be amazed lol. Journal writing is an excellent tool to release stress and keep those happy moments at the forefront of your mind.

Do not be concerned with the judgement of others as long as you know what you are doing is right. And for God's sake, never get into the petty habit of measuring your self-worth against other people's net worth. (PAGE 69)   The purpose of life is a life of purpose. (PAGE 74)   There is a purpose for everything that has ever happened to you, and everything  that will happen to you. (PAGE 90)   We do not do things because we love to do them. We do things because we feel we have to do them. This is a formula for misery. Doctor-Patient Relationship In Nepal

Well looking at the present situation, I doubt if people now have the same respect for doctors as it used to be before. I can’t tell exactly the situation in other countries and rural areas of Nepal; but for sure in the urban areas ---- the patient-doctor relationship is definitely worsening day by day. The present situation in Nepal where anyone can do anything breaking the rules, regulations etc. is a key contributing factor to this situation.
